Job Description: Associates in this position actively assist and coordinate all the logistics and back stage activities in the office such as office administration, HR, executive assistance and front desk management. It is very likely that associates in this position will have to perform these tasks directly without support from senior or junior members of the team with managerial supervision.
Academic Profile: Minimum bachelor’s degree.
Professional Profile: - Two (2) years of full time post baccalaureate professional (not academic) experience
 - Performing office administration tasks such as
  - Attendance monitoring
  - Employee time sheet management
  - Day-to-day purchasing
  - Vendor bill payments
  - Mail processing
  - Office supply ordering
 - Facilitating HR activities such as
   - Recruitment assistance
   - Employee records management
   - Performance review assistance
   - Delivery of basic office policies training
   - Coordination of technical training
 - Performing executive assistance tasks such as
   - Calendar management
   - Petty cash management
   - Appointments / task management
   - Travel management
   - Other personal chores
 - Performing front desk tasks such as
  - Visitor management
   - Telephone attendance
   - Email general inquiry responses
   - In-depth knowledge of
   - Microsoft Word
   - Microsoft Excel
   - Microsoft Access
   - Microsoft Outlook Express
- Exceptional speaking and interpersonal skills coupled with a strong knowledge of telephone, email and mailing etiquettes
Personal Profile: - As this position might be the first point of contact for a visitor or a guest at the office, charisma and interpersonal skills is absolutely important.
- Diplomacy and patience are essential traits of this position to ensure that irate customers / employees are put at ease and their needs are facilitated or channeled to appropriate destinations within the organization
- Detail oriented individual. Ability to grasp discussion points in the finest detail on 4-6 hour discussion groups; ability to pay closest attention to aesthetic issues on deliverables such as a missing period or an unsuitable color.
- High energy individual. Ability to work in high stress situations such as tight deadlines or mission critical deliveries. “Whatever it takes” attitude to complete deliverables to clients on time and with quality.
- Mission oriented individual. On-time quality delivery, every- time, all the time. The words “excuse” or “cannot” should not be in their vocabulary.
- Business attire. For men and women, business attire is a must. No exceptions. For men a collared full sleeve shirt, trousers, tie and closed shoes are mandatory. For women business suits, shirts-trousers and saris are only permissible. (Churidars are permissible only on Fridays)
