Job Description: Associates in this position must have a strong combination of communication skills with subtantial contacts in the industry. Performance objectives must be met for continuity of position. Performance objectives include
 - Acquisition of a minimum monthly average of US$12,500 from overseas clients.
 - Acquisition of a new overseas client every two (2) month. Monitoring of performance objectives will begin only from the 1st day of the third month the candidate joins ZEiSys.
Candidates will have to sign an employment agreement that clarifies their compensation package and how the performance objectives will affect their status of employment.
Academic Profile: An MBA with a specialization in marketing from a recognized university
Professional Profile: -Five (5) Years of full time post MBA professional (not academic) experience in
 - Obtaining .NET based software development work from overseas clients
 - Obtaining IT Enabled work such as help desk, digitization and IV&V work from overseas clients
 - Obtaining BPO work from US, European and Japanese clients from overseas clients
- Onshore experience in USA, Europe, Australia or Japan preferred.
- Expertise preparing exceptional proposals for Software Development, ITES and BPO work from templates.
- Expertise preparing service level agreements (SLA) for Software Development, ITES and BPO work from templates.
- Portfolio of past successful acquisitions in at least five (5) overseas corporations. Each corporation in the portfolio must have an annual revenue exceeding US$100 Million.
- Average succesful acquisitions from overseas customers in past 2 years must exceed at least $500,000.
- Must have no conflict of interest / non-compete agreements working with any of the past overseas clients
- Must be able to provide references with at least 3 overeas corporations
Personal Profile: - Leadership skills, maturity, charisma, diplomacy and ability to motivate multiple small technical teams on projects are absolutely essential.
- Exceptional logical and analytical skills. Must be able to obtain a minimum score in the aptitude tests.
- Superior communication skills. The candidate must be able to converse well in english, write grammatically correct english and deliver powerpoint presentations to a sizeable audience.
- Detail oriented individual. Ability to grasp discussion points in the finest detail on 4-6 hour discussion groups; ability to pay closest attention to aesthetic issues on deliverables such as a missing period or an unsuitable color.
- High energy individual. Ability to work in high stress situations such as tight deadlines or mission critical deliveries. “Whatever it takes” attitude to complete deliverables to clients on time and with quality.
- Mission oriented individual. On-time quality delivery, every- time, all the time. The words “excuse” or “cannot” should not be in their vocabulary.
- Formal Attire is a must. For men a collared full sleeve shirt, trousers, tie and closed shoes are mandatory. For women business suits, shirts-trousers and saris are only permissible. (Churidars are not permissible)
